Yes. You can cancel at any time before dispatch - simply let us know when we call to confirm, or contact us by email or phone. There is no cancellation fee. You may also decline to accept the parcel from the courier.

Standard UK delivery takes 1-3 working days from the point of dispatch. Dispatch typically happens within 1-2 working days of order confirmation.

You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to return the product. The pack must be unopened and undamaged. Contact us by email to initiate a return and we will provide instructions.
